Have you ever found yourself in a hotel room with bébé, wondering if your trip was a good idea? I have — multiple times — both in hotels and rentals. I was unhappy about the crib provided, feeling embarrassed by staining the bed sheets during a diaper change, or missing bébé’s toys. Let’s face it, when traveling, it is pretty hard to find real family-friendly accommodations. Actually, it WAS pretty hard.

Now Kidandcoe exists, making parents’ lives a lot easier. Thanks to Kidandcoe — a website that offers family-friendly property rentals around the world — you can say “bye-bye” to all the drama. It’s basically an “airbnb” for families. Since I discovered it few days ago, I am obsessed with it. I am rethinking all my yearly travel plans, and I am pretty sure you will, too.

Nicola R. stayed at THE KEIZERSGRACHT RESIDENCE and was enchanted: “We’ve just returned from one of the best holidays we’ve had as a family, and our stay in Amsterdam was certainly enhanced by all your tips and recommendations. We managed to do so much in just a few days and the apartment was the perfect base for our excursions — incredibly central, but blissfully peaceful, too.”

Started two years ago, Kidandcoe offers over 100 destinations. All parents will find their match, whether a house in Bali, a one-bedroom in Amsterdam or a three-bedroom in Austin. If you are not settled on a destination, you can have a look at their “collections,” where you’ll find properties grouped by themes: coastal escapes, country getaways, city style and off the beaten track.

Another perk that could help you find your perfect destination, or comes in handy when you are on location is the guides you can find at the bottom of  vacation rental pages. You’ll find interesting addresses to visit and eat well during your trip.
Bon voyage!
